PRO BONO

In addition to clinical work in law school and an early career in litigation through Legal Aid, I have continued to support and perform pro bono work in three ways.

Pro Bono Representation

I will consider representing a client without charge, and recently completed a one-year representation in two related prisoner rights cases in federal and state court actions.

Pro Bono Dispute Resolution

In appropriate matters, I will, without fee, facilitate settlement through mediation or serve as an arbitrator.

Service-Equivalent Donations

I donate annually an amount recommended by the State Bar Association to an organization that provides legal services to those who need but cannot afford it.
